About Serafina
My love for Africa began in childhood and has grown stronger with every journey to this fascinating continent. In 2025, I decided to fulfill my greatest dream: to create a lifelong connection with Africa and, above all, with its incredible people and rich cultures. During my most recent trip, Tanzania touched me deeply. I spent meaningful time with local communities and indigenous tribes such as the Maasai and Hadzabe. These experiences inspired me to learn Swahili, allowing me to build even more authentic and heartfelt connections in the future.
As an occupational therapist, I bring a deep passion for health, prevention, and rehabilitation. Serafrica is founded on two main goals:
• To support and implement rehabilitation services for people who are injured or living with illness.
• To provide access to education for Maasai children – as a sustainable contribution to the development of local communities and a brighter future.
